Issue before the shift
Helmet, vest and induction identification are issued to a named person before deployment. Protection that remains in storage is not an operating control.
Health, safety and contract documentation form part of mobilisation. Rasgal provides documentation that exists when the buyer’s scope or checklist requires it, without displaying unsupported badges or certificates.
The controls are practical: issued equipment, identified personnel, inspected points and reporting tools ready before they are needed.

02
A gate pass records who has completed the required process and who is permitted to enter the working area.
03
First-aid provision is checked through identifiable locations, dated inspection and condition rather than display alone.
04
Reporting forms and communication equipment are kept ready so an event can be documented and escalated without inventing a process after the fact.
The documentation depends on the scope, site requirements and papers that actually exist. Rasgal does not substitute marketing claims for required records.
Induction covers the site, known hazards, responsible contact and a signed record before the crew is counted as mobilised.
Helmets, footwear, high-visibility wear and task-specific protection are issued according to the operating scope.
Incidents and near misses are recorded promptly, including notification and corrective action before subsequent shifts.
Registration, tax and insurance documents that exist can be provided when the buyer’s checklist requires them.
Government and diplomatic engagements remain within the engagement record rather than being turned into public case-study material.
Ask operations which records and supporting documents apply to your specific scope.
Send the organisation, site, capability and the document already available. The response can then define inclusions, exclusions and the mobilisation approach.
